The importance of managing your emotional state for yourself, your humans and your animals.

Hey wellness fam, I hope you're having a beautiful day. Today I wanted to talk to you about the importance of managing your emotional state. You see, one of the things that I've learned from having so many animals is that my emotional state a lot of the times will very much affect my animal's emotional state.

So part of the reason why I'm able to have so many dogs is because I've learned that my mood, my moods throughout the day and my energy throughout the day will affect the mood of my dogs, my cats, and any of the animals that I'm around. It is so important to remember that your energy not only affects you, but it affects the lives around you.

Not just the people in your life - there are studies to show it affects the animals in your life too. So in short, your energy affects all living beings. It affects the souls that you surround yourself with. It even affects the souls of the people and animals that you come into contact with every single day. So it's so important to be able to manage your emotional state, to be able to manage your stress.

Some of the ways that I do that is with the support of supplements.  I like to use our Asher House Wellness CBD and I also like to take magnesium with a D3 vitamins.  I take CBD in the morning, and then I take a little bit more at night around bed time.  Another way to manage your emotional state is focusing on your breath.  Oftentimes we walk around even forgetting to breathe.  Sometimes you might catch yourself taking a huge deep breath like you forgot to breathe in for far too long.

So remember to focus on your breath work and count your breaths. Realize that when you're stressed out, don't make decisions - find a way to be calm. Accept that stress is just a part of life, and that you are not the victim, there's nobody to blame, there's nothing to blame, not even yourself, it's just a part of life that everyone goes through, and you're not the only one dealing with it, you literally have the entire world as a support group.  Because everyone's going through it,  and finally, I always remember as I walk around and I see my dogs and I see my cats that they're going to respond to how I'm feeling.

So I make sure to remember that I am in control of my feelings, I am in control of my emotions, and just reminding myself that I have the control over them - that alone is calming. It is not about what's happening around us. It's how we respond to what's happening around us. And we are responsible for those responses.  And you can do that.  You are %1000 empowered, inspired and capable of controlling your energy and working with your stress.

We have to be very careful where we give our energy to.

I love you and have a beautiful day.
