The Importance of Grounding
Share
Hey, Wellness Fam,
I hope you're having a beautiful day! Today, I want to talk to you about grounding. It’s so important to get outside, put your feet on the ground, and connect with the earth. I love watching my dogs in the field with their paws in the grass and digging into the mud, connecting with the universe. This is something we need to do too.
All day, we sit behind desks, in cars, or on couches, staying inside. Find ways to get outside and connect with the earth. There’s so much scientific research showing the benefits of grounding. It’s one of the most crucial things we can do to improve our lives.
Grounding helps you get out of the rat race and connect with the universe, your heart, and your breath. No matter the weather, spend at least 10 to 15 minutes outside every day. If you can do it longer, even better. Go barefoot, connect with the earth, and you’ll see amazing results within a few days.
While grounding, stay off your phone and free of distractions. Focus on your breath and take this time to visualize the life you want to create. Think about your future and the work it will take to get there. This practice is a key ingredient for success and making your life better.
I love you, and have a beautiful day!
