TIME TO MOVE

Hey, wellness fam.

I hope you're having a beautiful day today.

I want to talk to you about feeling better instantly. In this day and age people want a quick fix. We don't want to wait six months to a year to see the results.  Well, the best way to feel better instantly is to get active. There is a reason why the word motion is in the word emotion.

If you want to get better emotions, you have to have movement. You have to have motion. The best way you could do that instantly is simply by going for a fast walk or walking up some stairs. If you're not able to walk or have any sort of handicap or disability, find ways to get your heart rate up. Do whatever it takes, whatever you're capable of, but you need to find ways to move.

And as you're moving, whether you're walking or in the gym, remind yourself how amazing you are. Tell yourself, look at what I'm doing. I made a decision to feel better. I made a decision to get active. I made a decision to better my life. You need to remind yourself.  These little things add up to a stronger emotional state.  These little things are actually huge!

While most people want to feel better, they end up drinking or smoking or complaining about someone or venting. Far too many people simply won’t take the action to feel better.  But, when You want to feel something, You need to act.  And if you want to feel good, then act in a good way.

Start moving to feel better till it becomes a habit. When you do something like this, and it works, it will become a habit.  I promise you!  Try it!  Move! See how you feel!  As soon as you start to get down on yourself, get active. As soon as you start to feel crappy, get active, get moving.

And also don't forget that the secret to living is giving. Nothing makes me happier. Nothing in the world except for rescue day makes me happier than knowing I made someone else's life better. If you're bored and you're feeling a little bit crummy, go out and do something good for someone, help somebody, give something to someone.
